It has been confirmed that Poland will be choosing their representative for Junior Eurovision 2020 on September 27th. For a second year running, they will use ‘Szansa na Sukces’ as their selection method.
A total of 21 acts will take part in the show that will be comprised of three semi finals on the 6th, 13th and 20th of September, with the final on the 27th. Seven acts will compete in each semi final, where they will sing cover songs that have been selected by the producers. A jury will then select one act from each semi final to advance to the final.
During the final, each act will perform two songs; one song that has been selected by the producers, and the song which they hope to sing at Junior Eurovision. The winner will be decided by a mix of jury and public vote.
Junior Eurovision 2020 will be returning to Poland for a second year running after Viki Gabor’s momentous win in Gliwice-Silesia with “Superhero”. Viki’s win came after Roksana Węgiel brought Poland their first Junior Eurovision win in 2018 with “Anyone I Want To Be”.
