Malta’s Eurovision 2019 participant Michela has teamed up with The New Victorians for the release of their new song, “One More”.

The song, which was written last year during lockdown, speaks about the current state of the world due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and about how isolated and alone one can feel during this pandemic, despite the fact that we are all in this together.

The New Victorians are a sister duo from Malta who have released four albums and a handful of singles from 2012 onwards. “One More” is the second single to be released from their upcoming five-track EP.

Since winning X Factor Malta in 2019 and going on to represent her country in Tel Aviv with “Chameleon”, Michela has been working on her debut album. In 2019, she teamed up with former Eurovision participant and X Factor judge, Ira Losco, to release “Cannonball”. In 2020, she released “Say It First” in collaboration with B-OK.
