Danish Producer Mads Enggaard has confirmed that he will be the Staging Director for Efendi’s performance of “Mata Hari” at Eurovision 2021 in Rotterdam.
Enggaard is no stranger to Eurovision, nor to working with Azerbaijan, being that 2021’s performance marks his second collaboration with them. In 2019, he stage directed Chingiz’s performance for “Truth”, Azerbaijan’s entry for the year.
Enggaard has previously worked on the Danish performances for 2004, 2010, and 2019 as well. His experience also extends to working as the Viewing Room Producer at Eurovision in 2014, 2015, and 2017, and Junior Eurovision 2018.
