The 2025 Junior Eurovision Song Contest took place today in the Gymnastic Hall of Olympic City in Tbilisi, Georgia. This is the second time that Georgia has hosted Junior Eurovision, the first being in 2017.

Lou Deleuze from France was crowned the winner of Junior Eurovision 2025 with her song “Ce Monde”. France, San Marino, Albania and Poland completed the online vote top 5.

The show was hosted by David Aladashvili and Liza Tsiklauri, and saw a host of former Junior Eurovision representatives performing as part of the opening and interval acts, including last years winner Andria Putksradze, and Georgia’s Junior Eurovision winners from 2008 and 2011, Bzikebi and Candy Music.

A total of 18 countries took part in this years contest, which included three returning countries – Azerbaijan, Croatia and Montenegro. Cyprus and San Marino were back for a second year in a row after returning in 2024, whilst Estonia and Germany withdrew from this years contest.

Since returning to the contest in 2018, France soon certified themselves as one of the most successful countries in Junior Eurovision. Across all their participations in the contest, they have never finished outside of the top 6.
