Today is the first day of Junior Eurovision week, and we have been treated to some backstage clips from some of the artists as they were rehearsing and recording their performances for this years contest.
First up was Oleksandr from Ukraine, where we saw a rather futuristic performance, complete with some rather groovy dance moves! Oleksandr appeared confident on stage, and looked very cool and slick in his suit.
Dutch girl group Unity were up next, sporting very colourful outfits as they danced around the stage, singing in perfect harmony. We can see that their staging and choreography looks very similar to that of their national final performance. The girls also gave us a little dance tutorial for a part of their song!
The last act we heard from today was Solea from Spain. We can see Solea and her dancers bringing it to the stage as they deliver what looks like a very strong and confident performance. We also got a sneak peek at some of Solea’s preparations for her performance, which include some rather interesting vocal warm ups!
What do you think of Oleksandr, Unity and Solea’s performances? Do you have a favourite? Let us know in the comments below!
