We had a blue carpet in Lisbon, an orange carpet in Tel Aviv, and now a turquoise carpet is coming to Rotterdam for the opening ceremony of Eurovision 2021. The ceremony is expected to take place at The Rotterdam Cruise Terminal. All of the delegations who will be in Rotterdam will be transported to the Cruise Terminal via boats.
