
We have two more spokespeople to add to the list! Last year’s representative for Serbia Darija Vračević will be announce the jury points for Serbia and the 2020 Junior Festival participant Robin will be announcing the points for the Netherlands! They announced this via their respective Instagram accounts.
Darija Vračević was flying the Serbian flag last year in Gliwice with the song Podigni Glas (Raise Your Voice) and placed at a respectable 10th place with 109 points.
Robin was set to take part in the Dutch national selection Junior Festival back in September with the song Mee. Unfortunately, Robin tested positive for COVID-19 on the day of the final and was forced to withdraw from the competition.
This year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest is set to take place this Sunday 29th November in the TVP studios in Warsaw. 12 countries have been confirmed to be participating this year, with all performances being performed pre-recorded either in their own respective country or in the studios in Warsaw.
Yesterday, the opening ceremony occurred in which the draw for the host country, the opening act and the closing act were determined. Poland were drawn to perform 6th in the running order, whilst debuting nation Germany will be performing first and France will be performing last. The rest of the running order were drawn shortly afterwards.
