Melodifestivalen 2020 winners The Mamas have just released their first Christmas single, ‘A Christmas Night To Remember’.
After providing backing vocals for John Lundvik at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest with ‘Too Late For Love’, The Mamas decided to stick together and make more music.
The Mamas have released five singles since their 2019 debut at the Eurovision Song Contest held in Tel Aviv, Israel. “Move” remains their most prominent and most popular single, as it was their winning entry in Melodifestivalen 2020.
We all love a good, classic gospel-inspired festive song and The Mamas have given us just that! Even though unfortunately they didn’t quite get to represent Sweden at the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we sure hope to see them back in Melfest 2021! Maybe with some festive vibes to shake it up?
