Croatia’s 2020 Eurovision representative Damir Kedžo has collaborated with the Swedish music collective Rika360 for his new Single By My Side. This song which is fully in English differs a lot to Kedžo’s previous song both in terms of the language and also the style. By My Side is a very cool and modern song with jazz influences. Kedžo’s previous single Sjeti Se was only released a month ago. It looks like Damir is producing a lot of music at the moment and we are looking forward to listening to his tracks!
Damir Kedžo was the winner of Dora 2020 and therefore was supposed to represent Croatia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 in Rotterdam with the Croatian Balkan ballad Divlji Vjetre. Despite many other countries sending their 2020 acts to the 2021 contest, Croatia have decided to stick to their national selection process and therefore didn’t nominate Damir internally. Since he won’t participate in Dora 2021, he won’t be representing his country at Eurovision 2021.
