The 24 artists that will compete in Dora 2026 were chosen out of a record 251 submissions by an expert jury panel. The jury panel was made up of seven members:

Ivana Kindl – singer
Mia Negovetić – singer (Dora 2020, 2021, 2022)
Monika Lelas Halambek – radio host
Jelena Balent – music editor & singer
Davor Medaković – music editor at Croatian radio
The 24 artists for Dora 2026 will perform across two semi finals, with 12 artists in each semi final. The shows will take place in February 2026 at HRT Studios in Zagreb.

The broadcaster has also revealed the names of the four reserve artists and their songs, that will have the chance to participate in Dora 2026 if one of the 24 acts is unable to participate.
Gabrijel Ivić – Light Up
Dorian Stipčić – Loved
Gabriela Braičić (Bria) – Soho
Vanessa Kralj – Tišina prije kiše
Bosnian-Croatian singer Marko Bošnjak won Dora 2025 with his song “Poison Cake” and went on to represent Croatia at Eurovision 2025 in Basel, Switzerland. He finished in 12th place with 28 points in semi final one.
