It has been reported by ESCToday that Montenegran broadcaster RTCG has confirmed a return to the Eurovision Song Contest for 2022!

This follows a two year absence from the contest after their withdrawal in 2020 due limited funds being available for the contest. Montenegro was also absent from Eurovision in 2010 and 2011.

It is not yet known how their song and artist(s) for 2022 will be selected.
